Updates to the ACAP Reporting Tool

- When a quarterly report is accepted by the SCC, the next quarterly report will automatically open for edits
- Users are only able to edit one quarterly report at a time, which is restricted to the earliest unaccepted quarterly report

- New print button in the contract editor allows users to save the contract details as an agreement PDF with optional attachments for signing
- New project returns tab in the contract editor streamlines documentation of return payments from grantee back to conservation district
- Project returns field in the quarterly report is now automatically calculated and view only
- Negative amendment amounts are now specifically enabled in the amendments tab within the contract editor
ACAP Tool Support
The Agriculture Conservation Assistance Program (ACAP) provides financial and technical assistance for the implementation of best management practices (BMPs) on agricultural operations within Pennsylvania. Funded projects are tracked by entering spatial and financial data into a geographic information system (GIS) called the ACAP Reporting Tool.
